Unified Intelligence, Step by Step.
1. Define Entry/Exit Points (Lines)
Users draw directional lines on each camera view to mark entrances and exits. These “In” and “Out” lines define when an individual journey starts and ends.
2. Map the Environment (Polygons)
Users define zones of interest by drawing polygons. Each polygon is assigned a type:
- Regular: For general detection and alerts.
- Journey Map: Movement paths and dwell time.
- Staff:
Identify employees and exclude them from analytics.
3. Assign Roles Automatically
When a person remains within a staff-designated zone for a set dwell time, Shogun automatically labels them as Staff, filtering their movement from customer analytics and alerts.
4. Track Individuals Anonymously
Using AI and pattern recognition (e.g. Shape, size, Colour), Shogun assigns each person a UUID (Unique User ID)
without using biometric data.
5. Collect and Sync Journey Data
All journey events - entry, zone visits, exits, dwell times - are stored locally and securely synced to the cloud every 15 minutes, including:
- Entry/Exit line data (with timestamps)
- Zone-by-zone visit data
- Role information (staff/non-staff)
