Description

Journey is a Shogun feature that tracks individuals anonymously across multiple cameras, building a complete picture of how people move through your space. No facial recognition. No biometric data. Just privacy-safe intelligence.

The moment someone is detected, Shogun assigns them a unique  ID using AI pattern recognition, shape, size, and colour. That ID follows them across every camera zone, capturing dwell times, zone visits, and movement sequences in real time.

Getting started is simple: draw entry/exit lines and define Journey Map zones on each camera view. Shogun handles the rest, recording every interaction and syncing data to the analytics portal every 15 minutes.

Operators can then explore zone traffic, common paths, dwell times, and return visits, filtered by time, role, or area. Staff are automatically identified, giving operators the flexibility to include or exclude them from analytics. Keep your customer data clean, or analyse the full picture. The choice is yours.
